Note: Returns are not applicable for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling

If approved, replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days, and refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

- You may receive a replacement product or a full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the issue
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets return conditions above.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
